I closed on my apartment a year ago (which was also one year after going into contract)
What an adventure it was to move everything myself (from across the street) when my movers never showed up!
I had a lot of time to imagine colors and furniture arrangements
It certainly is a pleasure coming home every day!
The light at sunset is amazing. What an exciting year it has been

congratulations on one year! I love your place! can't wait to crash there again...soon. I haven't heard back from Kathy, so I may need to visit on the 16th...is a Thursday going to interrupt too much? kinda weird, but I want to be in SC for Sunday morning at our "old" church. let me know either way; no biggie. :)
